Banana with hot lemon sauce recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 1/2 oz low fat spread
  • 1/2 oz cornflour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • grated zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 5 fl oz water
  • 10 fl oz low fat Greek style yogurt
  • 4 sliced bananas

Preparation (instructions)

  1. In a saucepan, add low fat spread, cornflour, sugar, lemon juice and water.
  2. Bring to boil and cook for 1 1/2 minutes.
  3. Spoon yogurt and add sliced bananas onto individual serving bowls.
  4. Top with hot sauce and serve instantly.
