Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1/2 oz low fat spread
- 1/2 oz cornflour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- grated zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
- 5 fl oz water
- 10 fl oz low fat Greek style yogurt
- 4 sliced bananas
Preparation (instructions)
- In a saucepan, add low fat spread, cornflour, sugar, lemon juice and water.
- Bring to boil and cook for 1 1/2 minutes.
- Spoon yogurt and add sliced bananas onto individual serving bowls.
- Top with hot sauce and serve instantly.
