Chocolate fudge pudding recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 2 oz butter
  • 2 1/2 oz soft brown sugar
  • 2 lightly beaten eggs
  • 12 fl oz milk
  • 3 oz chopped walnuts
  • 2 oz plain flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • icing sugar for dusting

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
  2. Lightly grease an ovenproof dish.
  3. In a bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs and gradually stir in milk.
  5. Fold in walnuts, flour and cocoa powder into mixture and mix well.
  6. Spoon mixture into ovenproof dish and bake in preheated oven for 38 minutes.
  7. Dust with icing sugar and serve immediately.
