Ingredients (nutrition)
- 4 sliced pears
- 1 fl oz apple juice
- 4 oz flour
- 1/2 oz cocoa powder
- 2 oz butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
Preparation (instructions)
- Preheat oven to 375 degree F.
- Arrange pear slices in an ovenproof dish and pour in apple juice.
- In a mixing bowl, combine well flour and cocoa powder.
- Rub butter at fingertips into the mixture and add in sugar.
- Spoon over pears and press down lightly.
- Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
