Chocolate & pear crumble recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 4 sliced pears
  • 1 fl oz apple juice
  • 4 oz flour
  • 1/2 oz cocoa powder
  • 2 oz butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degree F.
  2. Arrange pear slices in an ovenproof dish and pour in apple juice.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine well flour and cocoa powder.
  4. Rub butter at fingertips into the mixture and add in sugar.
  5. Spoon over pears and press down lightly.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately.
