Ingredients (nutrition)
- 4 oz short grain rice
- 1 pt coconut milk
- 10 fl oz milk
- 2 oz caster sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons butter
Preparation (instructions)
- Lightly grease an ovenproof dish. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine together all ingredients except butter.
- Pour mixture into reserved ovenproof dish and dot mixture surface with butter.
- Bake in preheated oven for 28 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
