Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups whipped cream
Preparation (instructions)
- Preheat oven to 400 degree F.
- Mix well water, butter, sugar and salt.
- Bring to a boil and stir in flour.
- Mix for 25 seconds, remove from heat and whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Beat in eggs in the mixture and set aside to cool for 12 minutes.
- Make ball dough and place on a lightly greased cookies sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
- Slit puffs into half lengthways and fill in whipped cream.
- Serve instantly.
