Ingredients (nutrition)
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Preparation (instructions)
- In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and sugar with a hand held electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Beat in salt and fold in flour, sour cream and butter. Allow to set for 8 minutes.
- Heat up waffle iron and pour in waffle batter.
- Bake waffles until crisps and serve with fruits, ice cream, whipped cream or golden syrup.
