Cream waffles recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Preparation (instructions)

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and sugar with a hand held electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  2. Beat in salt and fold in flour, sour cream and butter. Allow to set for 8 minutes.
  3. Heat up waffle iron and pour in waffle batter.
  4. Bake waffles until crisps and serve with fruits, ice cream, whipped cream or golden syrup.
