Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 lb plums, cut into halves
- 2 1/2 tablespoons water
- 3/4 teaspoon sugar
- 8 oz low fat fromage frais
Preparation (instructions)
- Add plum and water in a saucepan under low heat and simmer gently until plums soften and tender.
- Transfer into an electronic blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
- Return to pan, add sugar and reheat.
- Spoon fromage frais into 4 serving dishes and add sauce over it.
- Serve instantly.
