Ingredients (nutrition)
- 3 oz mixed dried fruit
- 5 fl oz unsweetened apple juice
- 4 slices white bread, cut into cubes
- 2 sliced banana
- 1 teaspoon mixed spice
- 5 fl oz milk
- 3/4 tablespoon Demerara sugar
Preparation (instructions)
- Preheat oven to 400 degree F.
- In a saucepan, add dried fruit and apple juice.
- Bring to boil, remove from heat and stir in bread, banana and mixed spice.
- Transfer into an ovenproof dish, pour in milk and top with sugar.
- Bake in preheated oven for 28 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
