Maple custard recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 3 lightly beaten eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • dash of salt

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine together all ingredients.
  3. Pour mixture into 4 custard cups and place over a pan filled with hot water with 1 inch depth.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  5. Serve warm.
