Ingredients (nutrition)
- 3 lightly beaten eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- dash of salt
Preparation (instructions)
- Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine together all ingredients.
- Pour mixture into 4 custard cups and place over a pan filled with hot water with 1 inch depth.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Serve warm.
