Ingredients (nutrition)
- 4 nectarines, cut into halves
- 4 oz ricotta cheese
- 3/4 tablespoon Demerara sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground star anise to garnish
Preparation (instructions)
- Place nectarines with cavity facing upwards onto a flameproof dish.
- In a bowl, combine cheese and sugar.
- Spoon cheese mixture into nectarine cavity and top with star anise.
- Cook under hot grill for 7 minutes.
- Serve instantly.
