Ingredients (nutrition)
- 4 oz rolled oats
- 2 oz melted butter
- 3 1/2 tablespoons chopped almonds
- 1 tablespoon honey
- pinch of ground cinnamon
- 2 finely chopped pears
- 1 tablespoon marmalade
- 4 tablespoons yogurt
Preparation (instructions)
- Preheat oven to 400 degree F.
- Lightly grease 4 pudding bowls and line with small rounds of baking parchment.
- In a bowl, combine oats, butter, almonds, honey and cinnamon.
- Spread 2/3 of the mixture on the base and sides of pudding bowls.
- In a bowl, mix well pears and marmalades and pour into remaining oat mixture.
- Add the pear mixture into the pudding bowls.
- Bake in preheated oven for 18 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly and serve with yogurt.
