Ingredients (nutrition)
- 4 sliced peaches
- 6 fl oz maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 8 oz flour
- 8 fl oz milk
- 2 egg whites
Preparation (instructions)
- Preheat oven to 375 degree F.
- Place peaches in glass dish.
- In a bowl, combine together maple syrup, half the amount each for ground nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and cloves.
- Pour mixture over peaches and set aside for 20 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix well flour, milk and egg whites and pour over peaches.
- Dust remaining ground nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and cloves on top.
- Bake in preheated oven for 48 minutes.
- Serve hot with vanilla ice cream.
