Ingredients (nutrition)
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 tablespoon caster sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 1 pt warm skim milk
- 4 1/2 oz strawberries
- 3 1/2 oz raspberries
- 4 oz blackberries
- 3/4 tablespoon Demerara sugar
- 2 1/2 fl oz red grape juice
Preparation (instructions)
- Preheat oven to 300 degree F.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs with caster sugar and poppy seeds until smooth and creamy.
- Mix warm milk in the egg mixture.
- Meanwhile, place lightly greased souffle dish in a roasting tray.
- Pour in hot water until halfway up the sides of the souffle dish.
- Pour custard into the souffle dish and bake in the preheated oven for 55 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and spoon over freshly baked custard.
- Serve immediately.
