Ingredients (nutrition)
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 3 lightly beaten eggs
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
Preparation (instructions)
- Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
- Scald the milk and add remaining ingredients.
- Pour mixture into 6 custard cups.
- Place over pan filled with hot water with 1 inch depth.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Serve warm.
