- 5 egg yolks
- 3 3/4 oz caster sugar
- 5 fl oz sweet sherry
Preparation (instructions)
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together egg yolks and caster sugar until light and fluffy.
- Place the bowl over a saucepan filled with simmering water.
- Add sweet sherry and whisk for about 8 minutes.
- Pour into individual wine glasses and serve immediately.
