Ingredients (nutrition)
- 2 oz low fat spread
- 4 cleaned rainbow trout
- 1 1/2 oz flaked almonds
- 2 1/2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 1/4 tablespoons lemon juice
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation (instructions)
- Melt 1 oz fat in a pan and fry fish for 10 minutes until cooked through. Set fish aside in a warm place.
- Melt remaining fat in the cooking liquid in the pan.
- Stir in almonds and cook until browned.
- Add parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Spoon sauce over fish and serve hot with boiled carrots, asparagus and potatoes.
