Baked salmon with mushrooms & shrimps recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 2 salmon steaks
  • olive oil for brushing
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 lb finely chopped shrimp
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • some tarragon
  • 1 pt sour cream

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degree F.
  2. Brush salmon with olive oil and place 1 steak on a baking tray. Set aside.
  3. Melt butter in a pan under medium heat.
  4. Saute mushroom and shrimp for 50 seconds.
  5. Spread mushroom-shrimp mixture, salt and pepper onto the salmon steak on the baking tray.
  6. Top with another salmon steak.
  7. In a bowl, combine tarragon, salt and sour cream.
  8. Pour over fish and bake in preheated oven for 18-20 minutes.
  9. Serve hot.
