Ingredients (nutrition)
- 2 salmon steaks
- olive oil for brushing
- 3 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 lb finely chopped shrimp
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- some tarragon
- 1 pt sour cream
Preparation (instructions)
- Preheat oven to 450 degree F.
- Brush salmon with olive oil and place 1 steak on a baking tray. Set aside.
- Melt butter in a pan under medium heat.
- Saute mushroom and shrimp for 50 seconds.
- Spread mushroom-shrimp mixture, salt and pepper onto the salmon steak on the baking tray.
- Top with another salmon steak.
- In a bowl, combine tarragon, salt and sour cream.
- Pour over fish and bake in preheated oven for 18-20 minutes.
- Serve hot.
