- 4 abalone steaks, cut into slices
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 lightly beaten eggs
- 2 cups Italian breadcrumbs
Preparation (instructions)
- Beat abalone using a meat tenderizer. Set aside.
- Heat oil and butter under medium heat in a frying pan.
- Coat abalone in egg and then bread crumbs.
- Cook abalone for 1 1/2 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve hot.
