Ginger & soy swordfish recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 1/4 cup dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
  • 4 swordfish steaks

Preparation (instructions)

  1. In a shallow large dish, combine together soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger.
  2. Marinate fish in the sauce, cover and chill for 4 hours.
  3. During the 4 hours, turn the fish to another side at the 2nd hour.
  4. Preheat broiler and steam fish for 3 minutes.
  5. Turn the fish and continue to steam for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
