Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1/4 cup dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
- 4 swordfish steaks
Preparation (instructions)
- In a shallow large dish, combine together soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger.
- Marinate fish in the sauce, cover and chill for 4 hours.
- During the 4 hours, turn the fish to another side at the 2nd hour.
- Preheat broiler and steam fish for 3 minutes.
- Turn the fish and continue to steam for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
