Ingredients (nutrition)
- 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 lb monkfish, cut into bite size cubes
- 4 rashers turkey bacon, cut into halves
- 8 cooked mussels
- 8 peeled and deveined raw prawns
- 1 tablespoon chopped dill
Preparation (instructions)
- Combine together lemon juice, oil, paprika, garlic, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Add monkfish, cover with cling film and chill for 25 minutes.
- Preheat grill to high.
- Wrap each turkey around each mussel.
- Thread turkey-mussel, fish and prawns alternately on skewers.
- Grill for 7 munutes.
- Sprinkle salt and chopped dill.
- Serve hot with garden salad.
