Ingredients (nutrition)
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup white sauce
- 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups salmon flakes
- 1 cup bread crumbs
Preparation (instructions)
- Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
- Add mashed potatoes in a lightly greased casserole dish. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix well white sauce, cheese, cayenne and salt.
- Pour half the amount of sauce over potatoes.
- Add salmon in the remaining sauce in the bowl and pour over the casserole.
- Top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake casserole in preheated oven for approximately 18-20 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 3 minutes before serving.
