Ingredients (nutrition)
- 15 oz white clam sauce
- 1 minced garlic clove
- white pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons minced parsley
- 2 1/2 tablespoons dry white wine
- 4 oz shrimp
- 1/2 lb crab flakes
- 1/2 lb scallops, cut into halves
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pack linguine pasta
Preparation (instructions)
- In a saucepan, add clam sauce, garlic, white pepper, parsley, white wine, shrimps, crab, scallops and 1 1/2 tablespoons cheese in a saucepan.
- Simmer gently under low heat until scallops are firm.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta as per package cooking directions.
- Pour simmering seafood sauce over pasta and top with remaining cheese.
- Serve immediately.
