Anchovy & garlic dip recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 10 fl oz single cream
  • 2 oz finely chopped anchovy fillets
  • ground black pepper to taste

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Beat cheese and cream until light and fluffy.
  2. Stir in anchovies and season well with salt and pepper.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator until it is needed.
