Ingredients (nutrition)
- 2 1/4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 8 fl oz tomato ketchup
- 12 fl oz cider vinegar
- 2 fl oz Worcestershire sauce
- 3 oz golden granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Preparation (instructions)
- Heat oil in a saucepan and gently sweat onion and garlic for approximately 4-6 minutes.
- Stir in remaining ingredients, reduce heat, partially cover and simmer for 18 minutes.
- Serve at room temperature.
