Ingredients (nutrition)
- 4 1/2 oz blue cheese
- 4 1/2 oz chopped avocado
- 3/4 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 3/4 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh chili
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation (instructions)
- Blend all ingredients except for salt and pepper in a food processor or blender until smooth and thick.
- Season well with salt and pepper.
- Chill in the refrigerator until needed.
