Blue cheese & avocado dip recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 4 1/2 oz blue cheese
  • 4 1/2 oz chopped avocado
  • 3/4 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 3/4 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh chili
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Blend all ingredients except for salt and pepper in a food processor or blender until smooth and thick.
  2. Season well with salt and pepper.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator until needed.
