Ingredients (nutrition)
- 6 tomatoes
- 6 fl oz water
- 4 fl oz double cream
- 2 fl oz plain yogurt
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation (instructions)
- Scald tomatoes in a boiling water for 28 seconds.
- Peel and finely chop the tomato flesh.
- Transfer tomato in a saucepan and add in water.
- Cover and simmer until sauce thickens.
- Stir in cream, yogurt and season well with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm.
