Ingredients (nutrition)
- 18 fl oz Greek style yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon finely chopped fresh mint
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 1 grated cucumber
- salt to taste
- chopped parsley to garnish
Preparation (instructions)
- Mix well all ingredients except for parsley.
- Chill in the refrigerator until needed.
- Garnish with parsley right before serving.
