Cucumber yogurt dip recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 18 fl oz Greek style yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon finely chopped fresh mint
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 1 grated cucumber
  • salt to taste
  • chopped parsley to garnish

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Mix well all ingredients except for parsley.
  2. Chill in the refrigerator until needed.
  3. Garnish with parsley right before serving.
