French vinaigrette recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 4 fl oz light olive oil
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Mix well all ingredients and store in a screw top jar in room temperature.
  2. Remove garlic clove after 3 hours and store jar in refrigerator.

Servings: 5 fl oz
