Ingredients (nutrition)
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 4 fl oz light olive oil
- 1 1/4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation (instructions)
- Mix well all ingredients and store in a screw top jar in room temperature.
- Remove garlic clove after 3 hours and store jar in refrigerator.
