Garlic dip recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 12 oz cold mashed potato
  • 2 1/4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Mash garlic with some salt until form a smooth paste using a mortar and pestle.
  2. Stir into mashed potato and mix well.
  3. Pour in lemon juice, olive oil and season well with salt and pepper.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator until needed.
