Ingredients (nutrition)
- 6 garlic cloves
- 12 oz cold mashed potato
- 2 1/4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation (instructions)
- Mash garlic with some salt until form a smooth paste using a mortar and pestle.
- Stir into mashed potato and mix well.
- Pour in lemon juice, olive oil and season well with salt and pepper.
- Chill in the refrigerator until needed.
