Ingredients (nutrition)
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 2 egg yolks
- pinch of salt
- 9 fl oz olive oil
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 tablespoon boiling water
Preparation (instructions)
- Add garlic, egg yolks and salt in a mixing bowl and whisk gradually using a hand held electric whisk.
- Add oil one at a time and continue to whisk until well blend and add in lemon juice.
- Whisk until smooth and creamy and stir in boiling water and give a quick stir.
- Store in a screw top jar in the refrigerator.
