Gorgonzola cheese dip recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 8 oz Gorgonzola cheese
  • 10 fl oz whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation (instructions)

  1. In a bowl, beat well cheese and whipping cream until creamy and thick.
  2. Add Worcestershire sauce and season well with salt and pepper.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator until it is needed.
