- 8 oz Gorgonzola cheese
- 10 fl oz whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation (instructions)
- In a bowl, beat well cheese and whipping cream until creamy and thick.
- Add Worcestershire sauce and season well with salt and pepper.
- Chill in the refrigerator until it is needed.
