Ingredients (nutrition)
- 2 seeded, peeled and coarsely chopped avocados
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 1/4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 8 oz finely chopped tomatoes
- 1 finely chopped green chilli
- chopped coriander leaves to garnish
Preparation (instructions)
- Mash avocado with lemon juice in a bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients except coriander leaves.
- Mix until well blend and chill in the refrigerator until needed.
- Garnish with coriander right before serving.
