Guacamole recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 2 seeded, peeled and coarsely chopped avocados
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 1/4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 8 oz finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1 finely chopped green chilli
  • chopped coriander leaves to garnish

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Mash avocado with lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients except coriander leaves.
  3. Mix until well blend and chill in the refrigerator until needed.
  4. Garnish with coriander right before serving.
