Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 3 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 fl oz extra virgin olive oil
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation (instructions)
- Using a hand held electronic whisk, whisk mustard and lemon juice together.
- Add olive oil gradually and season well with salt and pepper.
- Set aside for 35 minutes and store in a vacuum glass jar in the refrigerator.
