Lemon mustard vinaigrette recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 fl oz extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Using a hand held electronic whisk, whisk mustard and lemon juice together.
  2. Add olive oil gradually and season well with salt and pepper.
  3. Set aside for 35 minutes and store in a vacuum glass jar in the refrigerator.
