Ingredients (nutrition)
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon dry English mustard powder
- pinch of salt
- ground black pepper to taste
- 10 fl oz groundnut oil
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
Preparation (instructions)
- Add egg yolks, mustard powder, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl and whisk gradually using a hand held electric whisk.
- Add oil one at a time and continue to whisk until well blend and add in vinegar.
- Whisk until smooth and creamy and store in a screw top jar in the refrigerator.
