Ingredients (nutrition)
- 4 1/2 oz smoked salmon
- squeeze of lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon horseradish sauce
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation (instructions)
- Puree salmon and lemon juice until smooth in an electronic blender and food processor.
- Add into cream cheese and horseradish sauce. Mix well.
- Season well with salt and black pepper.
- Chill in the refrigerator until it is needed.
