Salmon dip recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 4 1/2 oz smoked salmon
  • squeeze of lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish sauce
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Puree salmon and lemon juice until smooth in an electronic blender and food processor.
  2. Add into cream cheese and horseradish sauce. Mix well.
  3. Season well with salt and black pepper.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator until it is needed.
