Ingredients (nutrition)
- 2 seeded, peeled and coarsely chopped avocados
- 3/4 pt sour cream
- 1 bunch chopped spring onions
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation (instructions)
- Puree avocado, sour cream, spring onions, cayenne pepper and lemon juice in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to a dip bowl and season well with salt and pepper.
- Chill in the refrigerator until it is needed.
