Spicy avocado dip recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 2 seeded, peeled and coarsely chopped avocados
  • 3/4 pt sour cream
  • 1 bunch chopped spring onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Puree avocado, sour cream, spring onions, cayenne pepper and lemon juice in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer to a dip bowl and season well with salt and pepper.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator until it is needed.
