Baked baby pumpkins recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 1 baby pumpkin
  • salt and ground pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • 1 sage leaf
  • Gruyere cheese

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Slice off about 1/2 inch top of the pumpkin and scoop out seeds. Reserve the pumpkin top.
  2. Rub salt and pepper into cavity.
  3. Pour in cream and add in sage leaf and cheese.
  4. Return the pumpkin top and bake in pan for 40 minutes.
