Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 baby pumpkin
- salt and ground pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 1 sage leaf
- Gruyere cheese
Preparation (instructions)
- Slice off about 1/2 inch top of the pumpkin and scoop out seeds. Reserve the pumpkin top.
- Rub salt and pepper into cavity.
- Pour in cream and add in sage leaf and cheese.
- Return the pumpkin top and bake in pan for 40 minutes.
