Ingredients (nutrition)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 oz thinly sliced and chopped corned beef
- 1/4 cup finely chopped scallions
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell peppers
- dash Worcestershire sauce
- 6 oz provolone cheese, cut into chunks
- 1 round loaf bread
Preparation (instructions)
- In a large bowl, combine together all ingredients except bread.
- Slice off top bread round and remove soft bread inside.
- Fill cavity with mixture and return bread top to cover.
- Wrap in aluminum foil and place on a baking pan.
- Bake in oven at 350 degree F for 25-30 minutes.
- Serve hot.
