Beef & cheese stuffed bread recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz thinly sliced and chopped corned beef
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped scallions
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell peppers
  • dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 oz provolone cheese, cut into chunks
  • 1 round loaf bread

Preparation (instructions)

  1. In a large bowl, combine together all ingredients except bread.
  2. Slice off top bread round and remove soft bread inside.
  3. Fill cavity with mixture and return bread top to cover.
  4. Wrap in aluminum foil and place on a baking pan.
  5. Bake in oven at 350 degree F for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
