Cranberry brandy candy recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 1 lb cranberries
  • 2 cups white granulated sugar
  • 2 oz brandy
  • white granulated sugar for topping

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
  2. Line non stick foil on a baking pan.
  3. Spread evenly a single layer of cranberries at the bottom of the baking pan and sprinkle sugar on top.
  4. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for an hour.
  5. Allow to cool and stir in brandy.
  6. Sprinkle sugar and allow to dry.
  7. Store in a cool, dry place.
