Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 lb cranberries
- 2 cups white granulated sugar
- 2 oz brandy
- white granulated sugar for topping
Preparation (instructions)
- Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
- Line non stick foil on a baking pan.
- Spread evenly a single layer of cranberries at the bottom of the baking pan and sprinkle sugar on top.
- Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for an hour.
- Allow to cool and stir in brandy.
- Sprinkle sugar and allow to dry.
- Store in a cool, dry place.
