Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1/2 pt milk
- 1 cup chopped spring onions
- 4 lb peeled and cooked potatoes, mashed
- 1/2 cup butter
- salt and ground black pepper
Preparation (instructions)
- Simmer milk and spring onions for 4-5 minutes.
- Add mashed potatoes, 1/2 the amount of butter, salt and pepper into milk mixture.
- Pile potato mixture on a serving dish and make a well at the center and add remaining melted butter in it.
- It is served with a spoonful of mashed potato dipped in the melted butter.
