Ingredients (nutrition)
- 3 cups finely shredded green cabbage
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup water
- 6 cooked mashed potatoes
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- salt and ground pepper to taste
Preparation (instructions)
- Add cabbage, onion and water in a stock pot and bring to boil.
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer until cabbage is tender.
- Add in remaining ingredients and stir until evenly mixed.
- Serve hot.
