Ingredients (nutrition)
- 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- sugar to taste
- 2 cups coffee
- 3 cups hot milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation (instructions)
- Add chocolate and hot water in saucepan and cook over low heat until chocolate melts.
- Mix in cinnamon, salt and sugar to the chocolate.
- Add coffee and stir until smooth.
- Cook for at least 5 minutes.
- Combine hot milk and vanilla to the chocolate mixture.
- Cook over low heat until the mixture blends.
- Whip to a froth and serve in preheated mugs.
