Cranberry apple fruit and herb tea

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups cranberry juice
  • 4 apple flavored herbal tea bags
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • brown sugar to taste

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Bring water and cranberry juice to boil in a saucepan.
  2. Add tea bags.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Cover and brew for at least 5 minutes.
  5. Place cinnamon sticks in preheated mugs.
  6. Add brown sugar to tea mixture.
  7. Stir until sugar dissolved.
  8. Pour tea into mugs.
