Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 2 cups low fat vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup fat free skim milk
Preparation (instructions)
- In a blender, combine apple sauce, low fat ice cream and the 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
- Blend until smooth.
- With blender running, gradually add fat free skim milk.
- Pour into fancy tall glasses.
- Sprinkle each serving with ground cinnamon.
