Healthy Apple and cream shake

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 1 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 2 cups low fat vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup fat free skim milk

Preparation (instructions)

  1. In a blender, combine apple sauce, low fat ice cream and the 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. With blender running, gradually add fat free skim milk.
  4. Pour into fancy tall glasses.
  5. Sprinkle each serving with ground cinnamon.
