Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 sliced large banana
- 7 large ice cubes
Preparation (instructions)
- Add in all ingredients except ice cubes in a blender.
- Blend until thick and creamy.
- With blender running, gradually add ice cubes and process until smooth.
- Pour in glasses and serve immediately.
