Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 1/2 cups lowfat milk
- 1 peeled and sliced large banana
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation (instructions)
- In a blender, add all ingredients, except cinnamon.
- Blend until smooth at high speed mode.
- Pour into glasses.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
