Make your own Banana smoothie

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 1 1/2 cups lowfat milk
  • 1 peeled and sliced large banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preparation (instructions)

  1. In a blender, add all ingredients, except cinnamon.
  2. Blend until smooth at high speed mode.
  3. Pour into glasses.
  4. Garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
