Ingredients (nutrition)
- 2 peeled bananas
- 1 cup low fat yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Preparation (instructions)
- Combine all ingredients except ice cubes in a blender and process until creamy.
- While blender still running, slowly add ice and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately in glasses.
