Healthy Banana yogurt smoothie

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 2 peeled bananas
  • 1 cup low fat yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups milk 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Combine all ingredients except ice cubes in a blender and process until creamy.
  2. While blender still running, slowly add ice and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately in glasses.
