Beancurd (tofu) berry shake

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 5 oz silken bean curd (tofu)
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 peeled banana
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker and puree until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and garnish with strawberries if desired.
  3. Serve instantly.
