Ingredients (nutrition)
- 5 oz silken bean curd (tofu)
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 peeled banana
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation (instructions)
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker and puree until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with strawberries if desired.
- Serve instantly.
