- 1 cup milk
- 8 oz berry flavored yogurt
- 1 packet Classic French Nutritional Energy Drink
- 1/2 cup nonfat Dry Milk
- 1/2 large banana
Preparation (instructions)
- Add in all ingredients in a smoothie blender and process until thick and creamy.
