Simple Berry smoothie

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 oz berry flavored yogurt
  • 1 packet Classic French Nutritional Energy Drink
  • 1/2 cup nonfat Dry Milk
  • 1/2 large banana

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Add in all ingredients in a smoothie blender and process until thick and creamy.
  2. Serve immediately.
