Kids favorite Blueberry fruit smoothie

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup mixed fruit, eg. peaches, canteloupe, grapes, etc.
  • 1 cup low fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Add in all ingredients in a smoothie maker or food processor.
  2. Whirl until thick and smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
