Ingredients (nutrition)
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 cup mixed fruit, eg. peaches, canteloupe, grapes, etc.
- 1 cup low fat milk
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preparation (instructions)
- Add in all ingredients in a smoothie maker or food processor.
- Whirl until thick and smooth.
- Serve immediately.
